Great hotel in quiet area.

Liked: Room was big and spacious and everything really clean! Shower good walk-in size with bathrobes and slippers for you to use. Quiet area, no noise at night -at least that we could hear. Room is cleaned every day with clean towels and all.Hotel offers breakfast too. We didn’t have any but it looked really good and with lots of different options to choose from. Staff were friendly and they gave us both rooms way before our check-in time, which was amazing! They also can keep your luggage with them if needed. Free waters, coffee and tea in the rooms as well as water and candy in the lobby. Hotel is located right by Santiago Bernabéu, so if you are seeing a game there it’s really convenient, if not, plan around it in case you are using metro or taxi. There are 2 metro stations nearby and Atocha is like 20 min car ride. There are some stores nearby and coffee/breakfast places around the area too. If you are trying to stay near the true downtown (Gran Via/Chueca) you are 15 min away on metro.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like!

Liked: Close to where I needed to be. Breakfast options were good.
Disliked: The room was quite warm and it didn’t seem as though there was any air conditioning.

Liked: Location for santiago Bernabéu stadium was perfect no need transportation and you can easily find restaurants nearby
Disliked: If you’re room on the street side the car noise too much.The toilet sound upstairs floor cleaner you can get heard from your room
