Exceptional

Liked: The location was excellent very close to a train station and also walking distance from sights and nice areas to explore. Breakfast was great, friendly staff and lovely rooms with good communal areas also.
Disliked: Nothing, we loved our stay here.

Exceptional

Liked: The self check-in option was nice and smooth. The staff at the reception was very friendly, quick and efficient and we got to get to the room in no time.The room was very clean and despite the fact that we stayed only for 2 days, it was cleaned anyway.All the amenities were in perfectly working order. I personally liked the fact that the room had good airflow as it was easy to open the windows. If the windows were closed there was barely any noise pollution despite living on the somewhat busy street.

Generally very pleasant and felt...

Liked: Excellent breakfast, close to station so easy to reach. Nice bar area.
Disliked: Pillows a bit soft, room floor was a bit gritty and towels smelt musty

3 days in Copenhagen

Liked: The hotel felt friendly and welcoming, everything worked as it should and was very clean. So, the beds were comfortable, the shower worked very well, the tea/coffee facilities were fine. We loved the eco-friendly initiative of giving a token prize for making up your own room. Location was excellent, two steps from the central station. Nearby, a good Thai restaurant and lots of other ones which we didn't have time to explore.
Disliked: Nothing
