Liked: The receptionists were friendly and tried to accommodate my needs.Love getting a milk carton instead of those nasty little milk capsules.
Disliked: The couch needs a clean, it has a stain which makes it look grubby.The air quality isn't good and I couldn't open a window, only a door and being on the ground floor that didn't feel safe.

No aircon in the middle...

Liked: The apartment had everything in it and was very clean
Disliked: When I first walked in, the hotel smelled like body odor and curry, that was my first impression. Then upon entering my room, it was boiling hot because the aircon didn’t work at all. It was cooler in the corridor than in my room. I complained to reception and she told me to turn up the temperature and put it in snowflake and auto which i did, but it made no difference. The receptionist left at 8pm and I had two of my friends have a look at it. We did exactly what we were told to do. I had the most uncomfortable night, hardly slept and woke up after 10am with a migraine. And then told by reception that if I left after 11am, charges would apply. This is the first time I’ve stayed at this abode and I had hoped to go back, but i cannot deal with having no aircon in the middle of summer. Upon checking out, the man on reception responded with ‘sorry about that, we’ll check it out’. Someone should have checked it out in the first place!???
