Well equipped kitchenette with plenty...

Liked: Spacious & clean room with comfortable bed and an opening window. Staff were welcoming & very helpful. Kitchenette had plenty of items to cook meals with. Working microwave, two hotplates, toaster & kettle. Milk in the mini fridge for cuppas. Hand shower in the bathroom & also toiletries dispenser. Easy to use share laundry much appreciated (& included). Stayed a comfortable 5 nights in Canberra's winter.

Liked: Close to work. Great kitchenette.
Disliked: For long stays being kicked off the internet every day is a nuisance.

Would recommend to friends

Liked: Excellent facilities and having home cooked meals in fridge to purchase really handy
Disliked: Pump lotions/ shampoo etc in shower empty..

Friendly staff, convenient & dog...

Liked: We like to be able to bring our dog with us. Staff were helpful when there was a problem with the air conditioning, they provided extra blankets, portable heaters and a discount.
Disliked: It would be good to have a ground floor room with a dog, to make it easier to take them out regularly to pee. Staff missed a 'Please clean my room sign'.

Only place i stay in...

Liked: Staff were friendly, lots of parking, clean, comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer in room and free to use.
Disliked: No vending machine for late night needing a drink, Fridges are locked with no staff on duty. No longer have On-site restaurant.No disposable shower caps supplied.
