Great location.

Liked: Amazing location, easy access to wider Manchester via bus, tram or on foot.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner. Generally it was passable but one area in particular wasn't cleaned.Could also hear every time the chair was moved, hoovers etc in the rooms next door.

Excellent staff service, comfortable rooms...

Liked: Breakfast nice.
Disliked: Could have had a bedside lamp in the room

Liked: Clean. Great central location. Close to station so an easy commute to the airport.
Disliked: Room was a little dusty… you couldn’t open the windows but there was a Dyson air purifier and cooler and AC. the room was expectionally large so it didn’t cool down the whole room but if you were in close proximity it was fine

Disliked: Not enough towels in room only one between two people and beds very squeaky

Great accommodation

Liked: The location is great; the room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable; the bathroom was clean and a good size, too. The reception staff were very helpful.
Disliked: There was confusion about the cost of breakfast. Staff gave 2 prices and booking.com information backed up a price given by staff. The food in the restaurant was very good but the service was slow and the person serving us was distant and unhelpful.

Disliked: Constant mechanical noise that made sleeping really challenging. We mentioned it and were moved to another one that was slightly better but still noisy.The worst shower I've ever had! There was no pressure... This could be room specific as other reviews mention that the showers were good No Aircon, which isn't ideal in the summer. Room got very hot overnight.
