Location, easy to get to...

Liked: The old style/ modern feel of the hotel is lovely. Loved the Bluetooth speaker in the room. Tea / coffee/ biscuits etc is always added bonus. Would recommend

Shabby chic but no chic!

Liked: It’s in the city centre
Disliked: It looked very shabby. The air con in room 104 had obviously stopped working but rather than fixing it, the hotel decided to provide a standalone, noisy unit.

Disliked: Mattress and pillows too soft and room very small.

Excellent stay in an excellent...

Liked: Location was great, also very good value for money. Room was also spacious and bed was comfy.
Disliked: Parking was convenient but as with all other hotels these days, was still an additional cost that we could have done without. It was discounted by the hotel right enough and wouldn't put me off booking again
