Liked: Location. Very central and close to the train station.
Disliked: My room :( initially my room was small, sad decor, a bed that had seen better days, broken air con, very warm. They charge you extra for the bottled water too. I struggled to sleep and at 3am the hot water pipes linked to the central heating came on and it was noisy and made the room even warmer. I had to call reception and voice my complaint. To the credit of the staff, who have been lovely, when I booked in and in dealing with my complaint. They moved me to another room, it was much better in every way. It was a room I would have expected to have had from the start, considering the £160 price tag! I managed to get some sleep but only about 5 hrs. Shame.
