Disliked: Room 102 has a locked door that must be some sort of service door hiding some machinery that makes a noise all night

Liked: Enjoyed the a la carte service at breakfast time.Rooms spacious.Venue perfect for visiting the city
Disliked: Only one chair in a room to accommodate two people

Excellent location.

Liked: Location was perfect. Secure car parking was a god send. Full English breakfast was yummy....
Disliked: Bed - - too low & far too soft. Pillows were 'lumpy'. Didn't make for a comfortable nights sleep. When going to sit on bed felt as though you were going to end up on floor. A mattress topper was on the bed.

Great hotel but a lack...

Liked: The rooms were lovely and spacious
Disliked: There were a lot of undisclosed building works going on which made lots of noise, and a lot of information was hard to find which meant I had to visit the reception lots.

Liked: Room was good. Clean tidy and comfortable.
Disliked: Very expensive. Putting food in the room and charging extra for that is not good. Give it free or dont give it at all.
