A pleasant and relaxing short...

Liked: Location, rooms, staff all very acceptable

Shopping trip.

Liked: Safe place to park, lovely spacious room with fantastic view over the racecourse, pleasant staff and delicious breakfast.
Disliked: As a pensioner I would have liked a rail to hold on to coming out of the shower and perhaps a couple of hooks to hang bath robe/ towels.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Modern comfortable hotel. Tasty breakfast. Great views from the 5th floor bar and brasserie.
Disliked: Didn’t dislike anything but on the edge of the city centre.

Liked: Convenient location, nice view from the balcony. Daily towel change.
Disliked: Day 1 breakfast, toast only done on one side but day 2 breakfast was perfect. £2.50 charge for a small bottle of still water a bit much and we only realised it was charged for after we opened the bottles.

Room with a view

Liked: Great hotel with stunning views. Situated well, just a 5 minute walk to the city centre and 2 minutes to get onto the wall walk.
