Great location, easy to access...

Liked: The room was spotless and provided everything I needed, especially the fantastic tea and coffee setup. I was happy to see the gym was also well-stocked with modern equipment. Arriving by car was hassle-free, thanks to the convenient hotel car park leading straight to reception, where I received a warm welcome. Overall, the hotel lived up to my expectations.
Disliked: The weather! That wasn't too great when I stayed, but the staff were very helpful in directing me around Chester when asked for directions.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room bit sparse and bare, no hooks in bathroom for items, no sofa even though room big enough. Just felt unwelcoming.

Liked: Convenient place to stay, walking distance into chester city centre
Disliked: Been to other hotel brands and get free water, no plugs at bedside to charge your phones.I was expecting better value for money since I paid extra to upgrade

Liked: Great hotel, good location, just outside of the city but easily walkable. Nice and quiet. Room was a good size, had everything you needed for a night's stay. Car park onsite too was very handy.
