Superb location within easy reach...
Liked: Superb location within easy walking distance into town centre- underground car park with decent size spaces - fifth floor brasserie overlooking racecourse- fantastic breakfast and service
Disliked: Our bedroom was directly beneath the kitchen so noisy until very late at night and again early hours Our bed was ok but we seemed to end up in the middle as we rolled into it- I think a new mattress could have been needed Air con in room could be better Only x1 pack of biscuits for x2 people Water in room should be complimentary

Nice Hotel
Liked: Decent hotel, took a while to find our room as the signs on the glass didn't match the wall signs. Room was a good size, nice view. Peaceful and quiet.I found the bed too soft and others in my group felt the same. This was worse for me given I was suffering with a bad back at the time.Facilities were good, iron, ironing board, toiletries, tea, coffee, kettle etc. And oreo biscuits
Disliked: £2.50 for a little bottle of water. Needless to say I didn't have any.On check in when asked if we would like breakfast I asked how much and was told £18. I was not advised this was each. Once charged I noticed but I cancelled without quibble. I was told by friends it was very nice but as I am not a big eater this seemed a little steep to me.Not enough parking however we managed to park directly over the road at the Crown Court for £5, had we been a bit later I think it was actually free
