Liked: The room was actually spacious, the food amazing and the restaurant staff very kind and professional...Breakfast a la carte super tasty.Pillow and bed super super comfy, located in the central of the beautiful city.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room was not how it shows in the pictures.At our arrival the receptionist at the desk didn't seem to be pleased to check us in. Breakfast was okay we ordered 2 dishes a la carte which were delicious and some croissant which we never received but overall it was okay.Sadly during our stay we found a big spider on the bathroom ceiling and a woman's underwear next to the bed.At the check out I informed the lady at the reception and she didn't even apologies, just said that she would pass the message..

Disliked: The tricky fire doors on the scruffy narrow stairs and corridor to our room - it’s almost impossible to stand and open the door towards you whilst balancing on top step esp if you’ve got luggage!

Disliked: The room felt cramped and we had been told we had an uograde too. Plus didn't appreciate having to pay for parking. £18/night
