Liked: Good value for money. Comfortable bed. Good room size. Nice staff. Very tasty breakfast.
Disliked: Loud guests. Loud air conditioning unit which blew out some dust. Size and location of the car park.

Liked: Room nice and quiet, spacious. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and well worth the money.

Disliked: Very noisy there didn't appear to be any sound proofing to the rooms. We had to ask to be moved after our 1st nights stay as the noise from the corridor kept us awake late into the night & woke us again early the next morning. On the 2nd night I had to call reception at 23.00 to complain as the people staying in the room above us were keeping us awake with their constant noise. But the worst aspect was the dreadful breakfast service. On the 1st morning we had to ask 3 times for our pot of coffee to be served. After waiting over 30mins for our breakfast order & having watched people being served there's even though they had placed their orders after ours when we enquired to when we could expect ours we were told it would be another 15mins. They had run out of Orange juice & there was no more to be found, even though there is a Sainsburys supermarket next door ! On the 2nd morning we asked on arrival if they were still serving as we were a little late to be told yes no problem. We placed our order immediately but again we had to ask 3 times for our coffee to be brought to the table. Still no Orange juice to be found any where. When after 30mins we were still waiting for our breakfast to be served & being the last customers in the restaurant we were told that our order had been forgotten & it would now be another 20mins ! Shockingly bad, never again would I stay there.
