Disliked: Problem with plumbing in our room. The staff moved us quickly though. Then a problem with the tv in the new room but also fixed quickly by the staff

Disliked: Fan in the bathroom was so noisy. Thin walls so meant we could hear the guests in next room. Bathroom was tired looking. The bar was very drafty.

Liked: Bedroom near the lift. Large room and extremely comfortable beds. Well appointed hospitality tray. Spacious shower room comprehensively fitted out for the disabled. Little disturbance from other guests owing to good soulnd proofing.
Disliked: Table service instead of a usual breakfast buffet arrangement. All items supplied off the menu only on request, including cereals, toast, coffees, etc. Quality of the meal was poor and service was so slow that we din't bother to wait for toast and second coffee. Even the clock in the dining wasn't set at the correct time.

Disliked: Our room was a little tired in places, namely the bathroom, so I feel it was a little overpriced. It was also on the main pedestrian area side so quite noisy late at night.
