Liked: Billy and Shona were great hosts. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was well stocked and inviting. Breakfast was outstanding. When we visit Torquay again, we will have no hesitation in returning.

Liked: Fairly central just a short walk to the seafront. Very clean nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Very welcoming and this made your stay extra special. Breakfast was very good and a good selection.

A gem of a stay!

Liked: Everything! From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, our hosts, Shona and Billie could not have been more attentive to our needs. The breakfasts were exceptional for the quality and choice. My gluten free requirements were catered for completely- including biscuits in our room. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits were regularly replenished. We would unreservedly recommend Abingdon House!

Liked: There was always a parking space and facility for extra parking.. beautifully decorated and spotless clean.
Disliked: Our room looked over the main road , with the window open a little noisy at times during the night.. not a major problem

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional. They ensured we ordered the night before, and was absolutely fresh and delicious. Beautifully presented. Abingdon is spotlessly clean and the dining area was no exception.
