The best BnB!
Liked: This was my third stay at Abigail’s Inn, and innkeepers Susan and Adam are the best, and among all my travels, this has been the BnB that I have raved about to everyone. Susan has thought about everything that a guest might want or need, and her culinary background shines in what she cooks and bakes. And she has the demeanor of the loveliest grandmother/aunt/mother to boot!

The perfect place to stay...
Liked: I cannot imagine staying anywhere other than Abigail's the next time I visit Ashland. The welcome was warm, the room and bed were cozy, the breakfast was over the top delicious and plentiful. Susan is a master chef with breakfast entree recipes inspired from around the world. The other guests were friendly and interesting which made breakfast all the better. Susan leaves out bakery treats in the afternoon which were yummy. I was traveling with a friend and our room with comfy twin beds was perfect - good size and lots of thoughtful additions. There is a staircase if that is an issue with mobility or an overly large suitcase to take up.
Disliked: I wish I could have stayed longer!

Exceptional
Liked: The historic inn is immaculately clean with every detail for comfort thought about and provided. Susan prepares a bountiful breakfast each morning and bakes cookies for snacks later in the day. The innkeepers can provide accurate information about activities and restaurants in the community.

Abigail's - generous hosts on...
Liked: Susan and Adam, the proprietors of Abigail's, are the ultimate hosts. Checking in was a breeze with lots of personal attention. The rooms are immaculate and the property is beautifully maintained. And what to say about the 2 course breakfast ...? Susan is an amazing chef: everything was just delicious, the presentation enticing, and the portions more than generous. (Susan even more than accommodated a last minute request for vegan options!) Breakfast takes place every morning at 9 am around a communal table, which is such a good way to connect with others! Shared spaces are comfortable to hang out in, including the inviting front porch. Tea, coffee, sodas, snacks, and a special daily treat are readily available. Walking downtown takes about 10 minutes, unless you want to take a detour through the beautiful neighborhood and end up in Ashland's fabulous Lithia Park. My friend and I would love to come back soon!
Disliked: The only comment I would like to make here is that we stayed in the front room (that room has 2 single beds). The room borders Main Street, which has quite a lot of traffic during the day and into the early evening, just something to know. Nights were very quiet, though.
