Liked: Ease of location, parking, hotel open and airey. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Ate in the dining room, something on the menu for everyone, very nice. Definitely recommend to stay, as we will again in the spring.
Disliked: Nothing

Clean hotel friendly staff but...

Liked: Comfortable but very firm beds.
Disliked: The evening meal was not cooked properly and both my friend and I were ill the next day. Toffee pudding was cold and the custard which made it inedible.

Liked: Good location with ample parking which you don’t get with many hotels in Aberystwyth. Room was modern, bright and very clean with all the facilities needed.Staff were friendly.Restaurant for dinner and breakfast bright with a welcoming feel to it.
Disliked: Breakfast options were very good but single price for all options made it expensive if only taking continental breakfast. When providing feedback a reduction on the charge was provided and staff genuinely took the feedback.One of the 3 evening meals didn’t come up to the good quality of the others.

Liked: The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The bed was a little hard for my liking. The staff were very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: The smell of drains that wafted into the room, had to make sure the bathroom door was firmly closed.I suppose the traffic noise was to be expected.
