Liked: Everything about the hotel was excellent - the lovely entrance area; well appointed room with everything thought of for the traveller, even an iron and board! The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing - the most generous spread we have ever seen in any B&B situation! The staff were all bright, cheerful, helpful and very professional. We highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Very limited car parking and difficult to stop outside. We parked overnight in a car park recommended a 5 minute walk away, for which the hotel gave us a 20% discount card. From 7.30 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day the cost was £11.40.

Disliked: I booked a family room for my sister mum and myself. There was dust in many places especially in cups and on kettle. The room was quite cold and very little hot water in taps. The tv was situated in bad spot in the room as couldn’t be seen from ever bed. It wasn’t possible to get any hot drinks after 9pm from bar or kitchen which I found surprising cause never had this issue anywhere else before. Had house keeping walk in without announcing themselves either which was a little awkward. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I had to for this stay.
