Really enjoyed my stay. Pool...

Liked: Loved the pool!!! Also liked the little stores inside the hotel. Very nicely decorated place
Disliked: The breakfast was buffet only and just meh

Very disappointed with our stay.

Liked: The staff was excellent.
Disliked: Room was very outdated. Bathroom had mold around some of the tiles.Little 4×10 glass shelf in bathroom not big enough to hold anything.. Little refrigerator was just sitting on the floor.. Ladybugs alive and dead in toom.

Liked: The park is beautiful. Loved the fireplace. Breakfast was good. Love Nashville.
Disliked: Bathroom was outdated; window blinds were very askew when we initially came into the room. Overall, not inviting or welcoming.

Besides being a bit expensive,...

Liked: We brought the whole family for thanksgiving. The kids lived the pool area! Dinner was excellent, and we took advantage of the common area for games a couple of nights.
Disliked: When I booked the 3 rooms, I attempted to book for our Thanksgiving meal and was told no…call back closer to Thanksgiving. When I did call back, I was told it was already full! They ended up squeezing us in, but I believe there should be a better process.

Fun but amenities need upgraded!

Liked: We’ve been coming to BC for 40 years, either staying in lodge or cabins. As much as we love it, the lodge rooms need serious upgrades. The beds are so uncomfortable and the bathrooms are horribly outdated. The water park is fun but the game room is lame! Upgrade with your guests’ needs in mind!
Disliked: See above. Needs upgraded!!
