Great location for the price....

Liked: Great location and lovely staff
Disliked: Some of the furniture/ carpets looked a bit tatty. Bed was comfortable although had signs that f previous use.

Liked: Location and proximity to Hyde Pk and public transport
Disliked: Breakfast area is too small when crowded

5 nights stay with ABC...

Liked: undoubtedly the location was just perfect. with only few metres Paddington train station was there which is well connected to the whole london.
Disliked: i think for a budgeted travelor everything was ok but only thing which lacks was breakfast which they serve same daily and with limited options.

i waste my money to...

Liked: Breakfast is not good
Disliked: room cleaning they use pillow cover bed sheets. coffee spots on the bed sheet, cleaning person they didn't change.

Liked: Located close to Paddington station.
Disliked: I was given room 18 which was on the 4th floor and the lift was not working. Good job I had had a knee replacement otherwise I would have struggled to get up all those stairs however will certainly look to stay again next Nov.

Liked: Location is great, very close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. Bed and pillows were comfy. Heating worked well. The water pressure in the shower was also good. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff are friendly, especially the ladies who made the breakfast. They also cleaned the rooms.
Disliked: From least to most annoying:1. The bathroom is TINY. I could not bend over to wash my face unless I had the door open and stood diagonally.2. There are no shelves inside the shower. In order to reach the body wash etc, I had to keep them on the sink, so I needed to keep the shower door open which meant I was cold and water went everywhere.3. The wifi sucks. I had to use the data on my phone a lot of the time because the wifi would randomly stop working.4. There's a lot of noise because of people walking on my floor or the floor above mine. Even though it was carpeted, I woke up every morning to the sound of people stomping around.5. The breakfast room is also tiny, only containing like 5 tables. I either had to queue and wait for my turn, or share a table with strangers. One exasperated lady who was also queueing told me she is going to "give up on this shit" after only managing to get a cup of coffee.6. They ask you to leave your room key at the reception before leaving the hotel. I don't know why, possibly so they can get into the room and clean it? but don't they have spare keys?7. You need to ring the doorbell to enter the hotel, but there isn't always someone sitting at the desk to open the door for you. On 3 separate occasions, I had to wait around 10-15 mins outside in the cold until someone opened the door for me. On one occasion, it was another guest who just happened to be near the door at the time.
