Liked: Pros: Location to Disneyland was great to use Uber. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was so nice. Cons: Small bathroom. The bookingsaid double queen beds, the beds were not queen's more like double beds. But I will stay there everytime Im in town..

Liked: Having stayed here multiple times, I usually have a very high opinion of Abbys Anaheimer, except my most recent stay where the management and a subsequent customer service were appalling and unjustified. I had booked a two night stay, 1st night was great, and due to a family emergency, the death of my spouse we were required by authorities to return home immediately, I spoke with desk AJ ?person sd nothing they could or would do, because was a 3rd party booking and to speak with them. We left Anaheimer. After dealing with the home situation and authorities, we contacted the booking agency, and they stated they would gladly refund the account once they spoke with the property manager and that they would contact. We also attempted multiple times to speak with the property manager and were told repeatedly not there or not in every call we made and booking company had same issue. Finally, through email, Abbys Anaheimer refused to assist in correcting the charge.. that we were explained when we left was on the booking company to resolve. After multiple attempts to resolve by booking company they received same answer. These circumstances were beyond our control and involved a death. Abbys Anaheimer, when contacted again to see if we could try to speak with the manager, stated no isn't their policy or problem and refused to discuss further. This appalling behavior and attitude is unjust and uncalled for.Highly would not recommend this establishment as the professionalism doesent exist or kindness and / or courtesy. They forget there is such a thing as Human decency.
