A Faultless Experience

Liked: Perfect accommodation for events at Wembley. Easy to access, with parking available. Nearest tube station 10-15 minute walk. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, room was exactly as advertised. Breakfast was also fantastic value for money. The gentleman who served us (whose name i did not catch) was a great guy and accommodating. Would 100% return.

Liked: Rooms were clean, house keeping staff were nice. Breakfast staff were really nice.
Disliked: The hotel is in the middle of a massive industrial estate. The closest shop I could find was a co-op which was a 15/20 min walk from the hotel. I was on the road side of the hotel which is pretty noisy. But what made it worse was the constant dog barking in the gardens and barge boats opposite on the canal. Literally all day long. Barking at everything and everyone passing by. I wasn't keen on the man's humour in the cafe in the evenings. Guessing he is the owner. Felt very awkward around him. Guess thats just his sense of humour. Fire alarm went off at 6am one of the mornings, took over half an hr to get it silenced. Was advised it was water in the sensor, which doesn't surprise me as the extractor fans in the bathrooms do not work. The bathroom gets very damp and takes a long time to clear out. Some croissants and fresh fruit would be nice option at breakfast. Its nice don't get me wrong but all fried food.
