Basic but well priced.

Disliked: Room and hotel was a little dated. Needs a revamp/refurb.Clean bedding and rooms, but old carpets, furniture and fittings. But its in a safe area, near underground stations and 10 min walk to amenities so, for price of a stay in London (maybe just grin and bear it). Don't know whether I'd stay again, probably dependant on my wallet on the day

Liked: The property was recently close to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: There were dirty sheets in the wardrobe. The rooms smelled bad, the walls were paper thin and I could hear neighboring guests snoring all night.

Liked: The location was close to where I needed to be
Disliked: I spent a grand total of 5 minutes in the room before immediately booking somewhere else. It was dirty, dusty, the bed was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable and it didn’t look at all like the pictures.

Incredibly disappointed

Liked: The parking outside, staff were pleasant
Disliked: Bedsheets were stained, one of the beds was wobbly , not all plug sockets worked, dirty walls, furniture unmatching and broken, mould in the bathroom, no spoon provided for hot drinks, very thin walls keeping family awake, we had a woman camping outside our window with all her belongings who seemed to argue with staff, our door didn’t close properly leaving us feeling unsafe, there was an unpleasant general smell of the facility, the photos on booking.com were inaccurate to our stay and are in need of being re-done, the place was generally outdated and in need of refurbishment and could do with being well dusted.
