OK for a couple of...

Liked: Competitive price. Friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to tube station (and Heathrow) ideal for my trip. Acceptable room cleanliness. Mattress firm but comfy. Towel and bed linen clean. Quiet residential road. Bathroom quite smart (and was en-suite, rather than external as advertised). Double-sockets at each end of the room. Wi-Fi quick and reliable.
Disliked: Decorating sloppy and needs refreshing - not as nice as in photos. Furniture a bit dated and mis-matched too. Bed linen and curtains okay, but again not as smart as in photos. Pillows too firm. Shower water temperature a bit erratic. TV too small, no remote control, sometimes went on standby when the channel buttons were pressed. Internal noise insulation not too good. Only one towel provided. Radiator way too hot and can't be adjusted - had to sleep with the window open, which didn't help with noise. Took a while to get hold of an iron, but fortunately I wasn't in a rush.

Disliked: The wardrobe was falling down, the room had a bad smell so need to keep the window open, the toilet in a very poor condition despite it looks like renewed, it seems to be an old house
