Liked: Very comfortable room.
Disliked: A little on the cold side. Was told we could get drinks from the bar from the night porter but he refused us so was clearly misinformed.

excellent value , we paid...

Liked: lovely .' modern ' hotel , tastefully part modernised ... Nice staff , lovely proper breakfast [ main / lunch menu,s less so ]
Disliked: Main Hotel menu was far better 12 ? months ago ... especially lunch !! :)

Made to feel welcome

Liked: Beautiful building and grounds, nice decor and very clean, convenient parking, friendly staff, flexible booking (I was able to change the date of arrival). Great breakfast (inclusive).
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, room was warmer than we liked (not a complaint) So opened window and used the fan provided.
