Liked: Friendly staff, quiet despite being on the main road, parking was easy with the visitors pass, lovely breakfast and close to the centre of Penrith!

Liked: Vicky knew we were enjoying our babymoon and left us some adorable little baby presents in our room which was such a nice touch.The room and cleaning facilities were lovely. Breakfast was excellent. The B&B is in a great location just a short walk from everything you need.

Liked: Wonderful guest house. Room was beautiful and exceptional facilities. Very clean and had everything we could need and more. Breakfast was delicious and hostess was really friendly.

Great place to stay, ideal...

Liked: Lovely bedroom and decor. Great value for money. Breakfast great.
Disliked: Bed a little uncomfortable and the parking was tricky. We were lucky finding a place at the back.

Comfy & convenient stay.

Liked: Great location for stop off on way home from Scotland. Two minute walk to town centre & 15 min drive to Ullswater lake. Felt home from home and with lots of thoughtful touches like biscuits & spare toiletries. Parking on road in front. Had room at back or property, very peaceful. Great breakfast (included). Host very friendly & helpful, good communication prior to stay.
Disliked: Pillow a bit hard but that’s down to personal preference.
