Very close to the venue...

Liked: It was very close to the venue we were attending to and was fairly clean
Disliked: There were multiple bits of the room that didn’t work (light bulb, tv, door didn’t lock from the inside) and owner came in twice without permission (once knocking (whilst we were asleep!) And the other just walking in)

Enjoyed it very much and...

Liked: Very accessible to all the places we wanted to visit.
Disliked: Room was a little small.

Cold greeting and cold room

Liked: The location was perfect for what we needed.
Disliked: When we arrived, the host looked like we were disturbing him, even commented that he doubts the room is ready... despite us arriving during check-in time. Once he saw the time, he said,'we are lucky, it's ready.' I was super stressed out due to being stuck in traffic and struggling to find parking. The room was really not up to standard. Freezing cold, two tiny single beds, covers where full of hair, one single hard pillow, and a massive spider ran across the room. The teabags were not covered. We dumped our bags and went to our appointment that we were late for, so I didn't have time to ask for another room. When we came back to the room, after parking 15 min walk away, I realised I had left the room keys in the car. I was close to tears as I had mobility issues, and we were late for our concert. The host was helpful in that he opened the room for us but was not at all friendly and made me feel like I had done this on purpose to steal the keys??? After the concert I tried to find somewhere else for us to stay but at 12 pm we gave up and succumbed to our cold beds. We checked out as early as possible, making sure he had his keys.

Bed bugs

Liked: Location and communication
Disliked: The room had a stale smell it was dated and need cleaning, shower tray was stained the toilet brush was disgusting the bed was like sleeping on a park bench and I managed to kill a bed bug in the bed.

Simple but comfortable and perfect...

Liked: Right opposite Westfield and 2 minutes from public transport- couldn’t ask for a better location. It was clean, an excellent shower and staff were friendly and helpful! Very simple- but we only used the room to sleep, and i would 100% recommend
Disliked: N/a

Pleasant

Liked: It's basic but does the job. Not really a hotel
Disliked: Way too much noise to sleep properly if your room is at front of the building
