Excellent location and comfortable bed...

Liked: The location was perfect. The bedroom was good and the bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The bathroom was very tired with a lot of limes ale around the taps and sink. There was no mini fridge in the room. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t great as they got our order wrong on both mornings

FANTASIC PLACE TO STAY!

Liked: from the minute me and the girlfreind got there we was met by a very freindly receptionist gave us our room with a free room upgrade.Very nice room lovely all about stay
Disliked: Nothing to add here.Everything was fantastic from the minute.We got there to the minute we departed

Disliked: We were upgraded to a cinematic room which was big but toilet was stained brown and grout was very dirty, bed was dipping in the middle. Breakfast was very badly organised, and buffet wasn’t replenished very well.

Frequent annual visitor but found...

Liked: Excellent breakfast all round .Great situation .Good staff.
Disliked: Cleanliness of room and some areas of hotel public areas ie toilets .Frequent

Cost when we were inside...

Liked: Comfortable, clean and decorated well
Disliked: To many stairs, wouldn’t be good for older people. Busy main road no parking nearby

We visit Bath each year...

Liked: We visit Bath each year for the Christmas Market and the Abbey Hotel provides a great overnight stay.This year, we were allocated new rooms in the adjoining property and they proved to be exceptional - clean, comfortable and spacious. As always the staff were super friendly and the full English breakfast was a delight!!
