Liked: Well presented comfortable room and of good size.The food choice at breakfast was very good.The location of the hotel was ideal and the parking at Southgate very convenient and well priced for 24hrs+.Staff were all courteous and helpful.

Great Staff and location but...

Liked: Great location. Excellent Staff. We asked our room to be changed as it wasn't the type we had booked and paid for the staff were exceptionally efficient in doing this and the new room was far better and more comfortable.
Disliked: I appreciate Hotels work on Live Daily Rates but fee charged for the room when we booked was significantly higher than the rate at the time we stayed. Our original room was not what we had paid for thus I had to ask to be moved to a superior room that matched the description and what we had paid for. Albeit part of the Tribute Portfolio Group, the Hotel decor in Hallways and room door paintwork needs an upgrade and some TLC. The room we refused was somewhat shabby and smelt musty.
