Liked: I booked your hotel because I was invited to a party at the Waverly and it was walking distance. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. I'll recommend ABAE to my friends and I will be back.

Top class accommodation!

Liked: Property was lovely, everything else was great!
Disliked: Only thing I didn’t like was the pool. Said to open 8am. Cleaner comes opens it at 8am and then cleans the pool so you can’t even get in until they’re done, feel like this should be completed ahead of time!

Excellent service beautiful views on...

Liked: Close to grocery stores, parks, and restaurants. Facilities were kept clean, and the rooftop was an added bonus.
Disliked: The couch in room could use a good cleaning. The ironing board, and light above the couch were not attached to the wall with studs and fell out of their sockets. Not a big deal, but should be secured.

Liked: Clean, neat and modern
Disliked: Could not accommodate us before check-in time, controlled aircons too cold and dryer takes forever to dry clothes. All other aspects was perfect!
