Great location

Liked: It was a great location, walking distance to South Beach and other areas including Lincoln Road shopping area which went on and on in a good way. Loads of restaurants nearby. Nice quiet location. Valet parking albeit expensive at $39 per day. Rooftop pool looked amazing but sadly time and storm prevented us making use. Bonus having kitchenette complete with washer dryer. We were able to use the free beach trolley but also got the bus into Brickell City Centre and downtown Miami easily from Alton Road

Liked: Very nice, modern apartment hotel in very good, quietish location - close to shops and pleasant 20 min walk across island to Ocean Drive. Well-equipped kitchenette, including coffee machine.
Disliked: Elasticated cover sheet on bed too small and worked itself loose. No kettle for boiling water.

Liked: The location was great right close to the beach but not in the area where it’s too much going on.
Disliked: It wasn’t the best for being clean, very outdated

Liked: Cleanliness. Proximity to Joe and the juice. Close to the beach ~10 mins drive
Disliked: Not a major issue but the Air conditioner turns off when it reaches the desired temperature instead of circulating. Toiletry pack can be improved. Attached terrace was great but not clean

Quiet and pleasant stay.

Liked: It's very quiet, the location is in a lovely, residential area of West South Beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a small, boutique hotel.
Disliked: The room thermostat could only be controlled by management.
