Disliked: Bed was too soft. Needs a new mattress.

Don't book the room close...

Liked: The room needed some TLC, the furniture in the lounge was uncomfortable and dirty. The curtains in the bedroom need replacing. The road noise was very loud all night. The shower was unpredictable. Off street parking was a bonus on such a busy road.

The Motel met our need...

Liked: We liked the frendliness of reception and particularly that they helped with the luggage.We thought the motel was spacious and essentially clean but very old and dated.
Disliked: We suspect that the bottom sheets on the the two single beds had not been changed. We would have liked underblankets or mattress protectors on the beds.The motel unit could sleep 5 people but didn't supply a full set of of china or cutlery eg only two glasses and no wine glasses. No dish cloth, generally kitchen supplies were barely adequate. The motel was badly in need of an expensive upgrade but essentially clean I suggest that the cheapest way to impress is to spend a little money on a full set of quality and matching china, cutlery and glassware, pots and kitchen utensils especially replace the electric jug which looks old and water stained
