Great spot by the beach

Liked: What a lovely little spot, short walk to the beach and cafes and restaurants. The weekend we stayed there was a movie on the beach. Playground is 15 minutes walk away. It was a comfortable room for me, my wife and two little boys. Friendly staff and they managed to fix the low battery fire alarm beeping very quickly. Highly recommend!

Disliked: No plug in bathroom sink and water blocked taking a long time for sink to empty.Poor amount of coffee/tea/milk available.

I would stay at Aarangi...

Liked: The location was 2minutes walk from the beach and cafes selling breakfast lunch and dinner. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge were 4 separate rooms, which made the unit feel very spacious. The staff were very helpful when I ledpft something behind, when I locked myself out and when I requested a shower mat as I found the floor slippery.
Disliked: The door to the garden was not one that could be locked from outsidexand couldn't be used to leave the unit or return that way.

Good location near the beach...

Liked: The location was great to be out of the city and close to the beach for morning exercise. Close to restaurants.
Disliked: The property was unkept including the grounds and the rooms need a good full clean.
