Liked: Good access to christchurch within walking distance to the park with great botanical garden Nd laundry facilities.
Disliked: We booked a room with a bath but it was given away before we came

Tidy but lack of facilities

Liked: Nice and tidy, staff were friendly
Disliked: Advertised pool is not available and spa pool runs cold. Those need to be taken off the description online and the sign out the front

Liked: The accessibility from the main road and the location. The rooms were decently sized, with one of the two rooms we booked similar to a one bedroom unit. Both rooms had funny functional kitchens and bathrooms.

Liked: The place is big so it's not crowded. It has a bathtub. OK and fair price for one night.
Disliked: The facilities are old, especially toilet, need do some upgrade. Shampoo and body wash are big bottles with pump design, only can put on the floor of shower room. Water is weak, difficult to wash long hair.
