Very good

Liked: A good location, near all the important attractions, very calm and safe neighborhood, guest reception very polite and helpful, a nice room, very clean with all the amenities available.
Disliked: Bad mattress, too soft for a relaxing sleepšŸ˜¢

Liked: Location is great, not too far of a walk to the main attractions. Central to a lot of good restaurants and food options. Walking distance to the Roma Termini.

This is my go-to whenever...

Liked: Great location, close to the metro and central station as well as some main attractions
Disliked: Nothing, I would definitely come back to stay here.

Great location but nore of...

Liked: Excellent location . If you donā€™t have a lots of luggage, you can walk from Roma Termini train station.. Spanish steps walking distance.Really comfortable bed. The area is very busy but our room was quiet at night . The espresso machine in the common area.
Disliked: This is the first time I stayed at the hotel with ā€˜mobile receptionā€™ . We have asked to have the room cleaned every other day but it was not cleaned at all. Not a big deal but clean towels would have been very welcomed . We asked for some restaurant recommendations , the receptionist told us she will send it to us but didnā€™t . The shower needs a bit of refreshment. It felt like we were staying at Airbnb with no kitchen and no host. We were hoping to have more of the hotel experience (it is possible that I didnā€™t read the fine print at the time of the booking )
