Liked: Claudia, the host, was attentive, kind and helpful. She also prepares one heck of a breakfast! That became the favorite part of my day for the 4 days we stayed in her B&B. The room [on the 3rd floor] was more spacious than I expected with plenty of room to spread out to work, sleep, and relax. Parking was easy [and appreciated] and the proximity to the T [3 min walk?] made accessing any other part of Boston a breeze. This is my new first choice when visiting Boston. Highly recommend!

Liked: This is a very lovely B&B in an American home in Newton, a suburb of Boston MA. We stayed in the penthouse suite and had the whole floor to ourselves with separate living room and kitchenette. A lot of privacy on the third level, despite the climb. Super friendly host! We wanted to experience home stay and this is a fantastic experience in a well kept home with great conversations over a good breakfast. Lots of books and magazines to browse in the comfortable living space.
Disliked: Nothing much.

Liked: Claudia is an excellent host. Streetcar stop nearby takes you straight to Boston Common.

Liked: A lovely old home - close to local amenities and especially close to public transit. The proximity to transit means that you can leave a car at the Village B&B and explore Boston without traffic encombrance. Claudia is a wonderful hostess.

Liked: Claudia was so welcoming and the whole experience was so lovely here, we would stay again in a heartbeat! The location was perfect - $20 taxi or 40 mins on the T train. Breakfast was really appreciated and we loved chatting to the other guests and Claudia over a coffee.

Liked: Beautiful quiet area. 4 minute walk to the Tram. Known as the “T”. The breakfast was great. The hostess Claudia was super helpful and friendly.

Liked: Charming, very well equipped, comfortable, very clean, good location, quiet neighborhood, very convenient to mass transit, great value for the money, wonderful healthy breakfast. Claudia, the owner/host, is delightful and very professional. Only "negative", is the two long sets of stairs to climb to reach our unit, which was on the third floor. We knew this in advance, so no complaints. Just want to be sure that anyone who has less than great knees will want to take this into consideration. We'd stay here again with no hesitation!
Disliked: We liked everything. I will warn you that our lovely unit was in the third floor, so you’ll have to climb two sets of stairs to access it. So, take that into consideration if your knees aren’t the best.
