Great Value, Friendly & Helpful...

Liked: Great value and very friendly staff. They helped me with last-minute directions since there were many closures for the holiday celebrations.Place is a little out of the way, but it's on the main tram line and was close to where I needed to be in the evening. Bolt (Uber) was also easy to use.Very accommodating staff, restaurant provided a saved meal that I brought to my room for a late meal after my event. Really appreciated that. Food was excellent, and a decent price.Room was very nice. Small (normal for Europe) but nicely equipped with all the basics, including fridge and work desk. Beds were great, very comfy. Heater was adjustable. Room / area were very quiet.
Disliked: Place is old, so there is a lousy smell in the hallways. But rooms and restaurant were fine.

Liked: Room was one of the biggest I've ever stayed in, two sizable double beds both extremely comfortable. Great selection of TV channels on the TV, lots of space, very good breakfast, staff were quite helpful. Shower was great if a little outdated but water temp was perfect. Mini fridge too which was a very unexpected surprise.
Disliked: Was somewhat noisy at times, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, was a good 20 mins away from the city centre.
