Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Very tired hotel.

Good but not great.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff was incredible and kind.
Disliked: The fridge smelled awful, there was an outlet with a burn mark on it. The beds sat too high. The air conditioner made a loud noise throughout the night that made it difficult to sleep.

Cozy place to stay.

Liked: One of the few hotels in Fairplay and the staff was really friendly and had a very cozy feel. Nice real size coffee maker in room.
Disliked: Bathroom could use upgrading and extra cleaning and TV wasn't working.

Liked: Lovely staff, comfortable rooms with a nice coffee machine and bath. Quiet and safe location. 15 mins walk from Main St and had a gas station close by for snacks and essentials. A decent place for a one night stay.
Disliked: I arrived an hour after check in time but my room wasn’t ready. The staff were very nice and said they’d try to hurry, but it was a little annoying because I wanted to visit some places in town before they closed.
