The Perfect Place

Liked: Alex is always so nice and Professional ,and Welcoming....He always makes us feel so comfortable.Darren Scott and myself (Lorne Grant ) are frequent returning customers mainly because of Alex.Of course we Love the accommodations but He really makes our stay perfect!!!

Glad only one night.

Liked: So cute outside and photogenic inside. Bed comfy/clean. Shower clean. Kitchenette was just ok. Plastic coffee/drinking cups. Mini fridge door hit closet track, flash of the past but a bit cheesy. We had very delayed flight due to lightening-self check in/ host did check on us via text. Metal tables next to bed flimsy. Mouse scratching in a wall/faucet dripped so maybe 4 hours sleep. Glad only one night there. Felt secure with locked metal gate. Too bad. Good place could be great with a little more added class. Bring inside up to the standard of the grounds and you have a winner!

What a disappointment

Liked: I booked my room according to the photos and the description on line . The motivator for me to have the Lanai and kitchenette mentioned.I was checked in at 3:30 because my room wasn't ready by the 3:00 check in time. When I was taken to my room it was dark and almost dungeon like. No Lanai no kitchenette. It had a small "hot" dorm fridge with no freezer. I was traveling across country and needed the fridge and Lanai for my pets.I will try to post a picture of my room so you can compare what is advertised to what I got.

Liked: We have been staying here for many years when we drive to Arizona. The location is nice, the central pool area is very nice and it is pet friendly. It was built in the early 1950's and the inner courtyard has a certain old motel charm to it.
Disliked: The room we had this time was small, old, dirty, run down and uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. The weather was cool, but there was no blanket on the bed and we froze all night. The room was located far from the parking and we needed to carry our luggage quite a distance. We had prepaid reservations to stay there on the return leg of our trip but instead decided to stay somewhere else. We had requested a refund prior to arrival on our return leg, but never got it and decided to forfeit our several hundred dollar booking rather than stay there again!

Fine for a short night.

Liked: Very good location. Easy check in, check out. Small rooms. Old bathrooms. Smelly laundry detergent for sheets.

Nice, private, quiet setting; Comfort...

Liked: Staff was courteous; Pool and hot tub setting was great
Disliked: Needing to text to obtain gate code; No sheets, blankets, or pillows for Sofa bed
