We would definitely return!

Liked: My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was so charming and cute! We received very detailed instructions on how to access our room, which is always helpful. The breakfast that David prepared for us was excellent! He is such a sweet host. We were very close to the falls, a little far for walking distance but it can be done, and there were ample suggestions of things to do in the area.
Disliked: The bed was VERY old and not very comfortable. But each person is different I suppose. There was also a bit of dust on things so the room was in need of a good cleaning.

Superb

Liked: Close to Niagara Falls.Good breakfast. Tables in the garden.

Mid

Liked: The host was very friendly. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was not clean, it was dusty. The duvet cover and pillows had stains and hairs on them probably from the previous occupant. At least the inner flat sheet and another set of pillows seemed cleaned so we just used those instead.

Great Location and Great Vaue.

Liked: Close enough to walk to Niagra Falls attractions (free parking). Nicely decorated. Enjoyed talking to other guests over breakfast. Great value.

Superb

Liked: Great bed and breakfast. Garden view room was fabulous. Bed was the best. Only wish I had gotten to spend more time in the beautiful garden area. Hosts were very friendly.

Lovely home we would recommend...

Liked: The gardens around the property were beautiful! It was such a joy to sit on the porch and take in the scenery. The breakfast was fabulous! We also loved all the unique decorations in the house.

Exceptional

Liked: It has a lot of charm. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

Disappointing

Liked: Lovely old house, full of antiques and collectibles. On the positive side: the staff and owner were quite friendly and the 2 breakfasts we had were ample and delicious.
Disliked: When we first arrived and tried to flush the toilet for the first time- which for our room was across the hall - it was totally blocked and even after my very vigorous efforts with a plunger refused to flush. The room had several cobwebs. The dresser drawers were very dusty and in need of a good vacuuming.
