the perfect place to stay...

Liked: I did not expect to find a Kitchen and I was so pleased to be able to make a cup of Tea. My first one for five days as this was not made available where I stayed in Rome. my Bedroom with a queen bed with very high ceiling and I could just about see the tops of the mountains. I was able to have chats with other guests in the Kitchen all very friendly. The location was very good less than a 2 minute walk to the tram and this took me right in to the Centre. All very easy. and even better still with getting back to train centre with my luggage by tram. no Taxi required.
Disliked: Nothing bad it was just that my Taxi Driver took me to the back of the property, with no indication that it was the right building. However, one phone call to the apartment assured me it was correct and to meet them at the front of the building. Everything afterwards went very well.

Florence is very expensive on...

Liked: Bed was confortable, room clean.
Disliked: Everything in the house is very noisy: doors, chairs, etc. The owner could install some rubber gaskets around the doors to stop the doors from slamming like this. The bathroom should be modernized a bit, the water from the toilet only flushed after many attempts. Very little hand soap and diluted with water. The "Italian" breakfast is terrible, the cheapest croissants and sweet nonsenses from Coop.

Liked: Bus stop was close to the centre
Disliked: Too crowded

Very good

Liked: The location was good,everything is near. Paolo was very kindly and gelp us with the map,explain us how to go and see a places of interests.
Disliked: The breakfast was poor (only sweety).The WC was common with other residents.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect. It's close enough to the centre to be convenient but far enough away to not be to noisy. There are also shops and a park near by. Accommodation was well kept and has everything you would need.

Superb

Liked: The host (Paolo) was really great and gave us exactly what to do in the city and when to do them. Room was clean and Paolo went out and got breakfast items for us every morning.
Disliked: The only thing was the shower had no ventilation and had a bit of mold
