Liked: Owner was INCREDIBLY welcoming, friendly, and helpful! He had so many great recommendations, offered to drive us to the bus stop, allowed us to leave our suitcases the next day and even offered us to sit and have tea as we came back to pick them up. The rooms were very cute, homey, and furnished with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, snacks, TV, and extra futon (at least in our room). The balcony was very nice with a beautiful view of the marshes and tall swaying grasses. It's also a short distance from the transportation center and also a short walk from the water/a few different bars/restaurants.
Disliked: Perhaps the breakfast; there was a bowl of fruit and pastries left in the fridge for us but I can't eat gluten so an alternative might've been nice but to be fair I am certain that had I mentioned it to the host, he would've ensured I was taken care of!! (Also, we did peek into a few other rooms as we were leaving and it looks as though they had additional breakfast items in their room - i.e. oatmeal, a variety of cereals, etc. so it could've just been a mistake with ours.) Regardless it wasn't a big deal and would still highly recommend this location!

Perfect homey stay on Cape...

Liked: This property could not be cleaner. The room was spotless. Staff was welcoming and friendly and let us check in early.
Disliked: Nothing. The only minor-very minor- suggestion would be to replace the bath towels. They’re a bit past their prime. Had a hole here and there.

I would recommend it and...

Liked: great location, clean room, comfortable bed
Disliked: a little noisy (when somebody is next door)
