Liked: Staff - very helpful. Comfy bed. Clean room.
Disliked: The room is too small for two people with large luggage bags. It is very hard to move. The bathroom is also quite small. This room would be better suited for one person.

Malfunctioning thermostat dampened the experience...

Liked: Thermostat was malfunctioning in our room. Staff were lovely and tried to fix however were not able to do so over the 3 nights. And no alternate rooms were available as the hotel was full. Had to resort to opening the windows to cool the room at night; this meant the room smelt like cigarettes due to cigarette smoke wafting up from the hotel courtyard downstairs

Perfect base to explore Paris,...

Liked: One can tell that a great deal of attention has been paid to detail and to customer satisfaction. It made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The fact that it is walking distance from Gare du Nord and Eurostar is an additional bonus.
