Liked: The hotel staff reacted very promptly and professionally to some other customers who showed a very disrespectful behavior by making a lot of noise in the middle of the night.
Disliked: The room was too small, not much room to deposit personal stuff.

Superb

Great for a weekend in...

Liked: Great value and kind and helpful staff. The hotel felt clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The room was bigger than any other I’ve seen in Paris and so was the bathroom. We also had a nice terrace which I certainly would have enjoyed it it hadn’t been raining. The room was super quiet except for the occasional rumble from the metro.
Disliked: It wasn’t a big deal but Close location to the metro meant we could hear it but it wasn’t too bad. I was glad I didn’t have to work as there was no desk, and traveling with my teen daughter and her toiletries I wished we had had more counter space in the bathroom - there certainly was room for a little stand or table. The bathroom was big!

Good

Liked: I booked 2 superior rooms (15m2) but was initially given a standard smaller room. The room did not have all the facilities as advertised. I was then moved to a superior room which did meet the advertised size . The initial room has a problem with humidity in the shower area, and I believe it should never have been given to us.
Disliked: the issue with the bad smell in the room were were asigned and also, the room as NOT a superior room which is what we booked.
