Comfy, friendly, central

Liked: Great central location next to Gare Centrale. Comfy beds, nicely designed, modern rooms, varied and fresh breakfast (real scrambled eggs, not powdered!), friendly staff.
Disliked: For me, the only negative point are the outdated windows that let in cold air and sound from the street.

Liked: Location was great - sadly, that was about it. Was pretty disappointed with this joint to be honest.The room had a balcony which was nice.
Disliked: Wifi was poor was extremely poor, was unable to work so used my phone and used up all my data.Tried to get coffee from coffee machine in foyer, it was broken. Contacted technician, he never came. Tried to get ice for drinks, advised ice machine has been broken for a month.Bathroom stunk like there was a broken sewer pipe.Pillows where hard and square.Asked for directions, guy at the front desk could not even find where we were on the map.No where to put anything - no storage at all. Not even space in the bathroom to put toiletriesI'm sure there was more

Liked: Very helpful and kind staff. Rooms are nicely decorated. Very good breakfast with local waffles. Close to Brussels central station.

Liked: The room was great and very large for Europe. The bed was large and comfortable.
Disliked: It was difficult to get to from Central due to all the street construction going on but that was not their fault. A warning or directions would have been nice.

Great location

Liked: Great location, the metro station is exactly next to the hotel but you cannot hear any noise. Helpful and friendly staff, Omar was so supportive and gave us all the information that we needed, he is super fast in answering the messages. The room was clean. They also had daily room service. Breakfast was in comparison to what you pay and the breakfast lady was so nice you should definitely ask her for fresh waffles.We would stay here again. Definitely worth your money.
Disliked: The room was cold, the heating system was so loud.There isn't any bar it is just a minibar with more variety in the lobby we were informed we can consume and during the checkout tell what we had and pay for it. So at night we took a beer and after we got finished we headed to the elevator at this time the receptionist lady ran after us and with a bad attitude asked our room number. We had a bad feeling as she thought we didn't want to pay it.Also the shower gel was empty from day one even after room service it was still empty but not a big problem we added water to it and still could use it. I give 9 out of 10 just because it was cold.
