Liked: Lucile was amazing she helped me each step but Omar caused problems and forced me to make a reservation first then cancel the actual reservation. you cant force people to stay there people should volunteerly select your hotel cause its very nice, neat, clean and etc. But when you force its rude and lowers the deserved quality and looks cheap!

Clean and Comfortable stay but...

Liked: This hotel has a lot of great things about it. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and I appreciated the coffee provided in the room and available downstairs 24 hours/day. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the central train station and easy walking distance to the Grand Palace, shops, and restaurants.
Disliked: There are two issues that need improvement. First and foremost is the WiFi in the room. It is quite slow and forget Zoom calls or other streaming videos. I could not do those in the room. When I went to send photos, I had to stand next to the door to get them to go. Second is the smell in the bathroom. There was a sewer smell that, in the U.S., would be from not having a trap in the drain. I could live with this more than the WiFi problems, but I would think twice about whether I would stay here again.
