Great hotel, amazing staff

Liked: The hotel was lovely, clean and modern, really close to the Old Town and a tram station. Staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions for sightseeing and food..a special shout out to Diana and Antonela, who were lovely, helpful and went above and beyond, making us feel at home.

Nice location, but too hot...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the location was great.
Disliked: The room was too hot. I tried to turn it down, but it didn't work. Then, I after calling down for it to be turned down, it stayed hot. The bed was very uncomfortable.We were told that there was a free drink, but the bar was always closed, there was never anyone there.The breakfast was disappointedOn the final day there was no water.
