Liked: Friendly helpful welcome and early upgraded checkin.The central Dunedin location.

As expected, no fuss and...

Liked: Off street parking and location
Disliked: We have nothing to complain about, the prpperty is a little dated, but we will stay again

Disliked: Broken window and very noisy room.

Disliked: Its an average place, overpriced. Good for a couple of nights to see the city though.

Liked: Considering the motel is situated right in the middle of Dunedin it was exceptionally quiet and within walking distance of the city centre and other attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well
