Pleasent place to stay.

Liked: Close to restaurants and bars. Very walkable to most attractions in this beautiful city.
Disliked: Balcony but only 1 chair ro sit outside on. Room a bit basic.

Liked: Nice and close to town - beds comfy - opening windows were a bonus - lovely and sunny outlook

Liked: Good location to the event we went to. The kitchen had all that we needed.Clean and comfortable
Disliked: Didn't realize there was no air conditioning and the room was really hot, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Did ask for a fan for the second night, which did help a little.

Superb

Liked: A spacious room with a large comfy bed. Excellent location, walking distance from everything in the cbd.
Disliked: Did miss having a sitting area outside. A verandah or even some seating in the little garden.

Lovely stay in Dunedin

Liked: The motel is located in the central part of Dunedin, though in a quieter area. The apartment was very cleand, roomservice was provided daily. The room could be heated with a spaceheater, which was a nice touch in the cooler outside temperatures. The kitchen was equipped with a kettle and a microvawe, salt and pepper was provided too.We really enjoyed our time in Dunedin.
Disliked: The only little nuisance was that the taps in the bathroom was very small, your hands could hardly fit under them, and the cold and hot water taps were separated, so you could wash your hand either in icey, or hot water ( we didn't really mind it as the sink in the kitchen was much bigger and the water temperature could be easily regulated).
