Pros and Cons of a...

Liked: The location is near to the airport and shopping centers. The front desk/customer service staff usually are courteous. The room and bathroom for the most part are usually clean. I like the spaciousness of the lobby, gives a welcome feeling. Faux flowers could enhance certain areas.
Disliked: The main door of the hotel was broken, so it was difficult to get in and out with the luggage. There wasn't a notice with an apology, on the door to inform guests about the situation. Bed linen can be more neater, sheets are usually wrinkled, gives an untidy appearance to the bed.The air/smell of the room needs to be fresher, has a mould smell. A section of the carpet at the entrance of the room felt wet.

Liked: Location was great plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.
Disliked: Older property especially the elevator. Toilet handle kept getting stuck when flushed. Rundown looking in lobby and hallways so overpriced for what they charge.
