Liked: Great location and very smiley helpful staff. One of the best breakfasts I have experienced in a city hotel. Convenient bike hire available on site and great Italian restaurant if you want an easy evening after a full on day.

Liked: We loved everything here but especially the customer service which was second to none . Perfectly positioned for exploring Copenhagen . Beautiful , comfortable room with fabulous views and kept spotlessly clean . Very comfortable bed , bedding and pillows Wonderful breakfast with so many options all delicious . I celebrated my Birthday here and the tram couldn’t have done more to make it more special and memorable . One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in .
