Bad

Disliked: Please don't book this hotel. It's run by bots and you don't get a chance to find a human reaction, only after hours of wait. You will not believe my story, but it's true. The morning of the check-in they emailed (!) me that I will have to change rooms the next day. After hours of texting bots and unhelpful agents I tried to call the customer service. It disconnects you because no one answers. After 4 hours I managed to get someone to call me saying they don't have any more rooms and that's it. I asked to speak with a manager - they told me it's going to take a few days (!). When I entered the room at 20:00, 4 degrees outside and inside. The heating was not working. After an hour of wait - they kept saying they will get back to me, I just left the hotel. Only after a few email, they agreed to refund me. I have never seen such a bad customer service in my life, and I am a travel writer.

Great location

Liked: Pros: -Great location - Clean roomCons: - Room needs some improvement examples, not even a table in the whole room, no toiletries except for the classical soap and lotion.. - The biggest issue is the soundproofing, I had the noisiest neighbors who never sleep. You can hear their footsteps and their door opening and closing at a high volume. - The bathroom sink was way too small. - bedding very basic.I was expecting more to be honest.

Very good

Liked: The hotel has unusual design and the reception area has art objects on display. It’s very trendy hotel, catered to adults audience mainly. Breakfast was fantastic, I only missed porridge. Gym was fun. There is a shop just across the street for basic necessities. Location is very central which is good and bad.
Disliked: If you get the room facing the road it will be noisy at night. We couldn’t sleep properly.

Nice location but price to...

Liked: The Hotel was quite central. We loved the location and it was easy to reach.
Disliked: We found the price-performance ratio unsatisfactory. The hotel is overpriced for the quality offered. Upon arrival in late March, the rooms were still cold, the air conditioning was not functioning, and our request for an extra blanket was met with only a thin, worn-out throw.
