Disliked: They had no heater in the room we got at first , it was -9 C outside, they gave us another room lateron and that was too cold as well. The room was not clean looked like they just give it to guest and without cleaning give to other.

Disappointing

Disliked: The bedding was not clean (the pillowcases had stains), the bathroom faucet splashed water everywhere, soaking our clothes every time we used it. We didn’t end up using the shower or bathtub due to the cleanliness of the place, the room had a musty smell, the outlets didn’t work (only in the bathroom), which left us without television, and the staff took no action when we informed them. They claimed they were full and could not move us to another room or take any measures to compensate for the situation.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The staff was super friendly. It was close to many restaurants on Lundy’s Lane. Mini fridge kept drinks super cold!
Disliked: Rooms are a bit dated. Bathrooms could use an overhaul. The rooms /floors were freezing, heat didn’t seem to work well. There was some dust hanging from the vents on the ceiling.

Just what we expected.

Liked: Kash and Fred are wonderful hosts. You can see that they are working to restore some semblance of order and to refresh the rooms. This is an affordable stay, with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.
