Disliked: Check in was at 3 I arrived and had to wait for house cleaning that they couldn’t find to clean my room so after a long flight I waited almost and hour in the lobby with my bags and my fiance on Valentine’s Day and when we finally got in the room the ac was not working and no one mentioned it until we said something so it was hot majority of the day in our room very unacceptable and very unsatisfied

Liked: great location, good prices
Disliked: bad view from the room, various damages on the floor and household appliances, the pool is small and not deep.

A great location to walk...

Liked: Very friendly staff. Came with full hands from Starbucks, they opened door and requested the elevator for me.No unexpected costs. Starbucks Discount voucher was much appreciated. Valet Service was great, offering transportation to beach free of charge.
Disliked: Not that much. A/C in the floors a little to cold ;/ (first worlds problems).

Liked: Gym, pool
Disliked: Housekeeping staff don’t speak English, rude. No housekeeping done, had to ask every day. When it was done, trash was not taken out, dishes still left dirty in the basin. Loud guests, doors slamming all the time. Half job of housekeeping!
