Liked: location was right next to the falls
Disliked: Property was trashed broken furniture and appliances filling gazebo, crushed cans and trash all over the ground, shower curtains were moldy, room full of bug, sheets didn't fit mattresses, mattress had gigantic blood like stain on it, none of my party trusted the bed, we slept fully clothed on top of the sheets. Lastly, not the fault of the motel but the area was full of drug addicts and homeless people, one of them approached me on seeing me park and said they'd stolen 3000 worth of meat product and wanted me to buy some.

bad night at Niagara

Liked: nothing
Disliked: no plastic glasses or cups, no coffee in room or Lobby, they are at Niagara falls and no litature or pamphlets in the room, no phone in room. dead batteries in the TV remote , I found the buttons on the side to turn it on. carpeting was badly stained and had burned holes in it

Exceptional

Liked: it so nice and silent at night, i like it, and not too far downtown too

I would stay here again...

Liked: The room was roomy, nice and clean. The shower was good, The TV was fine and the fridge kept my drinks cold.
Disliked: The only problem I had was the button to lower the temperature in the room was broken. The setting was at 86 F and it was pretty warm for sleeping.

Liked: Many good F&B options nearby, good location. Not bad. Overall clean room.
