Lovely stay ~

Liked: The location was great, only few mins walk to central station & very close to light rail station & supermarket. The staff at the reception were very friendly & helpful~

Overall a fine hotel for...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, included breakfast is a nice touch.
Disliked: The room overall was a bit disappointing, didn’t live up to the appearance of the facade and lobby. Phone was broken, shower water pressure was terrible, hot water not very hot, room had been cleaned however details were missed as there were hairs in the shower and on the bed, the shower head had lots of mineral build up which made the pressure bad and looked dirty.

Liked: Clean and tidy. Wonderful helpful staff each time we have stayed. Easy walk to transport and therefore great attractions around Sydney are close. Good eats within walking distance.
