Disliked: Small bed for 2 people. Breakfast was served in weekdays untill 10:30. When we came at 10:15 they were rushing us that they are closing soon.

Liked: We have stayed in this hotel for the 3rd or 4th time already and it is always great. The staff is so nice and friendly. The rooms were nice. The location is also very central and convenient to explore London. The shower is nice. Nearby you can find lots of cafés in restaurants in walking distance as well as different bus lines and underground lines (Bayswater and Queensway).
Disliked: I just think as someone who booked the Executive room, the cleaning staff should pay more attention to dust and also to fill in more complimentary snacks everyday when they see something is missing. Same also for vanity kits.
