Good hotel in a quiet...

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. The room was small but very cozy and warm.The location was central, only walking distance from Hyde Park.
Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing. Honestly just a poor selection of low quality food. One morning we were even served rotten eggs. Definitely not worth booking a room breakfast included. It was a waste of 17 pounds!

A nice modern room, good...

Liked: The room was quite modern with carpet and wooden floor, nice bathroom with tiles and good shower area, good shower gel and shampoo amenities, safe in room, large TV, breakfast was pretty decent, location is very good to explore the Notting Hill area
Disliked: I would have enjoyed seeing more international plugs for charging devices, manual input of a long wifi password is a bit cumbersome, it would have been great with a better wardrobe solution, not much view from the lower floor window

Fab

Liked: Modern rooms, clean, friendly staff and we was able to Check in early. Good location close to two underground stations. Fridge in room and tea and coffee facilities
Disliked: Only negative was that I had mentioned on 3 occasions that we were celebrating my mums birthday and was told they would make the room special with balloons/sweets, which they didn’t. No other negatives though
