Florence was great!

Liked: Hotel breakfast was a bonus, food was amazing. I would also like to compliment the housekeeping, the room was left smelly great & top notch tidy every single time. It wasn’t a luxurious place however it feel like home & good location!
Disliked: Bed would be perfect if it’s softer

Fabulous stay with top quality...

Liked: Staff at the hotel were exceptional, particularly the housekeeper who didn't just clean our room, but also tidied it for us. we even had a turn down service where slippers were laid out and sweets placed on our pillows! the location is fantastic, just outside the hustle and bustle. room was well decorated with lovely facilities.
Disliked: Breakfast was good, but not as good as the rest of the facilities. the service was excellent though. it was just the cooked element that needs some improvement. also unloading and loading our car was hard due to the hotel being located near the US consolate.

Liked: Location, view, tastefully decorated and the breakfast was good too.
Disliked: Too many sweet things for breakfast. Pleased I only tasted the chocolate croissant on our last day as it was delicious!
