Liked: Conveniently located about 15 mins drive from the airport, the 4F has very professional and friendly staff.Perfect for solo traveller. The area is quiet and restful after a long day of sightseeing with no safety concerns. Gorgeous sunsets and a relaxing view across the Arno river.The staff assistance with booking taxis was really appreciated, though language did not appear to be a major issue during my visit. Most people spoke or understood English.I really have nothing to fault with the service I received. I have no problem recommending this hotel.
Disliked: Not a dislike, but maybe consider offering a light supper in the evening in the lounge for those customers who return too tired to venture out again

Riverside home in style

Liked: Nice and calm neighborhood, and a beautiful historic building, with the hotel on the 4th floor. I like to explore the city by walking, so I enjoyed the location along the river. I've found great bakeries and weekend markets nearby. Kind and helpful personnel. My room was great and beautifully designed. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I enjoyed the local toiletry products and the local jams at breakfast, nice detail. Thank you for the warm welcome.
