If I had the choice,...

Liked: No breakfast was provided, but they did offer nearby places.
Disliked: The room was freezing when we arrived late at night after a volleyball tournament, and the thermostat was set to 62. The beds had very light blankets, not the best for this time of year.

A great place to stay...

Liked: The motel was remodeled and renovated beautifully. The room was a blend of retro and modern. Very comfortable bed and pillows. It was supplied with everything we could need. Traveling in the winter, we used the heat and it did a great job maintaining the temperature. Not always the case at other hotels we've stayed at. Loved the sliding doors leading from our room to a quiet courtyard facing a grove of trees. The window facing the parking lot is a security window and the peephole had a sliding cover, so I didn't need to use a bandaid like I usually do. The staff is very firendly and helpful. The location is a short drive to downtown and the state park. It would be fun to rent rooms with family or a group of friends for a few days while enjoying the lake and downtown area.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Liked: Location for breaking up trip and the woodland view. Also loved the decor and cleanliness

Cute place perfect for a...

Liked: The location is close to the freeway which is what we wanted. A place to stop and sleep. It was clean, cute, easy and had everything we needed. Rooms are updated and very comfortable!
Disliked: We arrived after office hours and used the key drop box, which worked really well, but was a little uncomfortable being alone with my child and not familiar with the area. The doors to the rooms are entered from the parking lot. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed.
