Liked: Staff was very welcoming. Room was warm and cozy.
Disliked: Could be a little more up kept. There was only one elevator. No other entrances to get to your room.

Liked: Great and friendly staff, all of them are sooo nice. Excelent location, really good price. All the vineyards are very near the hotel. The view is AMAZING.The area is very cozy and secure.The breakfast is EXCELLENT. Definitely coming back

Disliked: The room was a great price, the bed was comfy, but the room and bathroom was a little out dated.

Liked: Check-in and out could be done online and was very convenient. Front-desk staff was very pleasant. Restaurant had tasty food and was reasonably-priced. View of the lake was gorgeous. Very walkable to all the amazing restaurants in Geneva.
Disliked: Duvet was thin and cheap.

Liked: Properties beautiful, location is wonderful, that’s why we stayed there.
Disliked: Wet box of tissues in my room, gross. No maid service in the 3 days, 2 bites we were there. Not enough coffee or towels for our stay. Had to go to the front desk and get them. Check in and check out are via text, which is done , but does anyone do anything? It was a self serve stay. Very strange! Oh, most of the ice machines were not working. Had to go 3 floors for ice!
