Liked: Our group had a buffet breakfast prepared for us forn2 days of our stay. Staff were wonderful and food was plentiful. Enjoyed entertainment at the bar 2 evenings & bartender Abby was great. Enjoyed the view and location.
Disliked: Things happen but hotel had one elevator down so it took some people time to get up and down with luggage. When no need to move luggage the stairs were just fine to utilize. The pillows were not very comfortable but other than that it’s a great stay. 3rd year in row.

Disliked: Plumbing noise, toilet kept flushing repeatedly all night, we got no sleep because of all plumbing noise and you could also hear other rooms toilets flushing REALLY loudly. we were told we had to be out by 9am as would be no water. Restaurant was closed! No dinner available and no breakfast available! They should’ve stated that when we booked it and we would’ve stayed somewhere else. Days in advance I asked if they could make up the sofa bed in our room and provide bedding/linens for our teenage daughters bed. They didn’t. We had to ask 3 times for bedding when we arrived before we got it. Mattress of sofa bed all stained. Absolutely awful.

Elevator debacle

Liked: The location is good for the wine tours we take. We frequently stay here due to that reason. The size of the handi cap room is actually quite nice and the bathroom is quite well adjusted for someone who needs accessibility.
Disliked: We have been going to several winery events since November, and at first, I thought it was a fluke that they only had one elevator working. But over the course of the last few months, I have noticed that it is still not working.This is a six floor hotel that has multiple staircases, but if you have a physically challenged customer, those stairs can be brutal. My husband looks very able bodied but is unable to do stairs of any kind due to his limitations. So we actually get a handicapped reservation every time we come. It is concerning to me that after 4 months that they still do not have a working elevator system in the building. Just one bay is working at a time, so it makes people coming and going very difficult. Let alone hauling luggage up and down flights of stairs to the fifth or sixth floor. I hope they plan on fixing the bay soon because it is actually starting to become off putting as a customer which makes me sad because I absolutely love coming to this venue.

Beautiful location and great staff....

Liked: Located on the lake. Bar and restaurant in the hotel so we didn’t have to drive anywhere.
Disliked: Broken elevator
